Early Years HR Consultants have worked in the early years sector, so we understand your concerns with safeguarding, LADO and Ofsted. You’ll get sector specific advice from people who know the EYFS.

And did we mention….we’re happy to work with you on a pay as you go basis so there’s no need to pay a monthly fee for services you don’t use. For those looking for a retained service, prices start at £65 per month for a 12 month subscription. Unlike some providers we won’t tie you into long contracts. Our rates for visiting you on-site are also very reasonable. Sophie believes that good HR advice should not be cost prohibitive! We’re always happy to have a free, no obligation call if you’d like to run something past us.
