Key information and reference to policies is included, however, you will need to amend and personalise. Some of the main points that you will need to check are highlighted in red, but it is essential that you read the document in full and ensure that it is a true reflection of your setting.

You will see reference to My HR Toolkit throughout, this is our online HR Information System which provides document storage, employee files, annual leave booking, reporting and many more features. Some other parts that you may want to personalise are references to directors/owners/managers – use whatever term is right for your setting.
