Thank you for the one to one meeting form; I really like it, and like the sense that I can use that in a bit of a pick’n’mix kind of way. It really helps me tailor my meetings with my staff- I know what’s been going on for them and am able to pick out the most appropriate questions or area. I think that is really useful in making the supervision really valuable for the individuals rather than quite generic
